As the Founder and Head Instructor of Warrick’s Society of Music, Lorraine is a lifelong musician with over twenty years of experience as a middle school teacher in Wake County. Her current role as the Music Educator and Choral Director at Holly Ridge Middle School allows her to share her passion for music with young members of the community.
Lorraine is classically trained in piano and has been practicing since the age of 8. Her experience as a private piano instructor has allowed her to share her talents with students for the past decade.
In her youth, Lorraine competed in countless competitions at Queen’s College in Charlotte, where she was awarded with superior ratings in music theory and performance.
Over the past ten years, Lorraine has continued to grow her love for the piano by serving as a substitute piano and choir director at St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church in Fuquay Varina.
She began teaching private lessons in December of 2013.
